About Me....

Hey, I’m Emily. I’m 34, and trust me, I’ve been where you are!

I was struggling with poor confidence, low self-esteem, and no energy at all. 

I had to make a change, not just for me but for my family.

I’m a mum of two – Ashton, 11, and Hallie, 2  and a proud owner of two dogs, Pablo and Poppy. Engaged to my best friend, Oliver, with a wedding set for August 2024.

Health and Fitness had such a positive impact on my physical, mental health & overall wellbeing that i Embodied this lifestyle and have chosen to use my experience to help others!

I understand the challenges of balancing health and fitness with life’s daily demands. Fad diets, lack of time, no planning – what you need is real support and strong guidance to help you reach your goals!

My journey took patience and consistency, but it’s brought me here, ready to help you become your best self.
